Do I need to pay a deposit?

No deposit is required if you are purchasing outright or selecting one of our flexible 0% finance options over 12 months. Payment is settled securely at the time of order.

How does the VAT Relief work when buying?

If you are purchasing mobility equipment for someone living with a chronic illness, disability, or long-term physical condition, you qualify for 100% VAT relief. Simply tick the self-declaration box at checkout, and the VAT will be instantly deducted from your total.

Is assembly required when my equipment arrives?

Standard delivery arrives boxed via courier and may require basic setup. However, we highly recommend our enhanced service (price on request) —our local team will bring the item into your home, fully assemble it, give you a complete safety demonstration, and take away all the heavy packaging.

What kind of warranty comes with the equipment?

Every piece of equipment we sell comes with a comprehensive manufacturer’s warranty (typically 12 to 24 months depending on the product) covering parts and labour. We also offer extended accidental damage and breakdown cover for long-term peace of mind.

What should I do if the equipment breaks down?

Yes, absolutely. We know how important the right fit is, especially for larger items like scooters and riser recliners. Get in touch, and we can arrange a viewing or demonstration to make sure you're completely confident in your choice.

What happens if my equipment needs a service or repair later on?

We don’t just drop off boxes and disappear. We provide full local aftercare and servicing across North Devon. If your equipment ever needs a tune-up, battery health check, or a repair, our team is just a phone call away to get you moving again quickly.
